Every year, trout anglers flock to Cotter, Arkansas in pursuit of big trout. The White River not only hosts a high population of trout, but also some of the largest browns swimming in North America. Now, anglers also come for another reason. The Streamer Lovefest hosted by Dally’s Ozark Fly Fisher. This year’s event is Saturday January, 25th at 6:30 pm.

Steve Dally started the event as a celebration of big flies, big rods, and big trout. The event has grown every year as anglers from around the country, and Canada, come to share their love of streamer fishing. There will be food, beverages, tiers, and lots of conversation. The list of tiers includes trout streamer gurus, headlined by Kelly Galloup and Russ Maddin, two anglers and tiers that were part of the grassroots movement. For more information on the event, visit the Ozark Fly Fisher Journal.
