For purchases made thru our website and or by phone to Renzetti Inc., please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase. You must contact us within 5 business day of receipt of product.
- Call Renzetti Inc at 321-264-6101 and or email us at mail@renzetti.com requesting a Repair Authorization number.
- Provide us with the invoice number.
- Return the item to:

Titusville, FL 32780 - A copy of the packing slip or customer invoice must accompany all returns.
- Product must be in its original package.
- A refund will be issued for the returned item to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Any shortages and or damage items must be reported to Renzetti Inc. within 5 business days of receipt.
