Since the introduction of the Craftsman Rod Lathe there are two bed extension available. These bed extensions are unique in design and therefore are not compatible. Each Bed Extension is approx. 36" long and comes with its respective connecting bracket.
For those of you that wishes to convert their Basic Lathe (CL1000) to the Craftsman Rod Lathe (CL3000), please see conversion kit CK1001 or CK1002.
